Do I really need a DB audit if my Electrical CoC just passed?

An Electrical CoC confirms compliance with installation rules — it does not test the resilience or remaining life of components. Two pieces of paper that look the same answer two very different questions.

How often should a Helderberg home have its DB board audited?

Once every five years for homes under 15 years old. Annually for homes older than 25 years, homes with a recent solar or inverter installation, and homes where the DB board was not upgraded with the rest of the property.
